RETURN POLICY
CHARLOTTE WEXLEY
At Charlotte Wexley, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.
- Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted; however, they must not be worn.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all items is not permitted.
RETURN PROCESS
- Notify us of your return by emailing info@charlottewexley.uk within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (based in China).
- You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
LIABILITY
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking confirms that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer.
- Any errors in the delivery address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
